Sash windows are often a common feature in older, period properties or can be a design feature in more modern properties. They consist of two vertically sliding frames, but are often badly fitting and made with a single pane of glass, so have poor insulating qualities. By replacing them with a modern, more energy efficient sliding sash window, we can offer:

• A PVCu sash window that is fitted and sealed to prevent draughts and are A Rated for excellent thermal efficiency.
• Toughened glass as standard.
• Georgian or astragal window bars - available as an option.
• A 10 year guarantee on the frames and the balance springs have a 5 year guarantee.
• Sash horns and travel restrictors, fitted free as standard, if required.
• Tilt knobs, sash lifts and pole eyes are fitted as standard.
• A range of colours. Two solid colour options of white and cream.  Four colour options of crystal white ash, cream, golden oak and irish oak for the inside and outside of the frame.  Finally, we can also supply six different colours on the outside – chartwell green, rosewood, black crown, cream, golden oak and irish oak – with a white inside.
